Weekly Newsletter & Project Database:
The weekly newsletter & project database gives information on the projects that we have on file at the Exchange. The weekly newsletter gives a listing of our projects, project location, issuing office, addenda received, and prime contractors bidding on the projects. The information supplied in our projects database will be updated on a daily basis and will have more current information. The database can be found in the member services area of our website. Also included in our weekly newsletter is legal information such as Mechanic’s Liens filed & released, Notice of Completions, and Building Permits for the City of Modesto and Stanislaus County. Our newsletter & website also offers Safety Tip pages to help assist you with your weekly safety meeting programs.

Online Plan Service:
One of the great tools that we provide is the Online Plan Service. Giving you the capability to view projects 24 hours a day, from the comfort of your computer. Offering you the ability to be more efficient and stay productive.

Job Board:
Our members have the ability to post available positions on our job board for exclusively construction industry jobs. Job seekers will then be able to find local construction jobs with more ease and our members will be able to fill empty positions faster.

Other benefits of membership include blueprint copy services, notary services, seminars, membership lists, advertising opportunities, social events, an annual crab feed and golf tournament, and various scholarship programs.

Legislative Advocacy:
As an active member of the Golden State Builders Exchange, we keep our members apprised of legislation affecting the construction industry. VBE continues to support and take positions on state legislation for the construction industry.

Members of the Golden State Plan Service:
Is California largest consolidated online plan room network. The single largest database of construction projects in California, with collectively around 5,000 members.
